The Falconhead Property Owners Association is accepting offers on 70 golf course lots.  These lots are located on the front 9 of the Falconhead Golf Course. Each lot has a beautiful view of the golf course and countryside.  The price of these lots will be between $9,000.00 and $15,000.00, depending on the location and size.  

The Falconhead Property Association is willing to finance prospective Buyer's with approved Credit.  All financed lots selling for under $10,000.00 must post $1,000.00 in earnest money and will be financed at 9% Interest over a 10 year period.  All lots above $10,000.00 must post $2,000.00 in earnest money and will be financed at 9% Interest over a 10 year period.
