Special Board of Directors Meeting Minutes Monday, October 8, 2007 4:45 p.m. - Administration Building President Jim Marsh called the meeting to order at 4:45PM.
Members Present:		President Dr. Jim Marsh, Vice- President- Ms. Maxine Hartman, Treasurer-Mr. Pete Dowling, Secretary-Ms. Helen Hege, Asst. Secretary- Mr. Carl Beauchamp and Member - Mr. Kenny Bush.
Also Attending:		Mr. Gary D. Rader-General Manager,  Mr. John Otey, Mr. G. Tim Armstrong, Mr. Paul Ross, All Attorneys at Law.
Absent:		Mr. Todd McGilton
Motion was made to move to Executive Session by Ms. Hege.  Seconded by Ms. Hartman. Motion carried 6 to 0. Motion was made to come out of Executive Session by Mr. Bush.  Seconded by Mr. Beauchamp. Motion carried 6 to 0. Motion was made for the sale of land at Falconhead by Mr. Dowling.  Seconded by Ms. Hartman. Motion carried 6 to 0. Sale of land - (Attached Copy) Motion to adjourn was made by Ms. Hege.  Seconded by Ms. Hartman. Motion carried 6 to 0.
